As well as unparalleled fun for the audience- learn some skills that effectively engage children at various ages and stages of development. You never know- you may want to become a Flying Yogis Guru yourself!

Flying Yogis started out as “Bendybods” classes at Prana Space Yoga Studio in Rose Bay in 2004. As their programmes morphed and grew via inspiring teachers and students, they changed the name to Flying Yogis (because it sounded cooler!). They now offer classes in Rose Bay; Bondi Junction and Five Dock and are planning on increasing trainings to offer classes in more locations.

Flying Yogis have created unique programmes that incorporate yoga’s mindfulness with Gym and Acro’s agility and coordination for kids. This gives children fun ways to gain all the tools needed to cope with our hectic lives: focus; trust; confidence; cooperation; self-esteem, awareness; resilience and fearlessness in a completely non-competitive environment. Parents send children with coordination or concentration issues to the classes, and the improvements they notice are quick
